You could make Frito pie out of that. Great call on that though. People in the Northeast are missing out on that. I grew up on it in Texas.Leather Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08655529957963233570noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8693132595760033104.post-45795950250219587242009-10-07T23:29:11.504-04:002009-10-07T23:29:11.504-04:00Where's the Frito Pie??????Where's the Frito Pie??????A.Simmzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18192068177847769476noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8693132595760033104.post-65136162044784954442009-10-07T20:55:14.332-04:002009-10-07T20:55:14.332-04:00I will have to pass this along to our tailgating f...I will have to pass this along to our tailgating fans. Both should have been on here (especially in place of shrimp. SHRIMP??).

I have to disagree with you about the buffalo wings, though. While great bar food, they're not the easiest to eat while standing up if they're sauced, and it's a good amount of work for the food that you get out of them. Don't get me wrong, I love wings...but I don't put them in the top 10 of tailgate foods.BCMikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04259278849389650910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8693132595760033104.post-83745588135145442762009-10-07T11:47:48.988-04:002009-10-07T11:47:48.988-04:00Un-ac-cept-able. UNACCEPTABLE!
You leave off one...Un-ac-cept-able. UNACCEPTABLE!

You leave off one of the easiest to cook, most flavorful, easy to share, fun to prep items out there: STEAK TIPS.

Also missing are: buffalo wings, pulled pork (though I will give partial credit for the ez-pig), and one of the more functional items around - chicken breasts.

Chicken breasts are the f-bomb of tailgates. They can be put to almost any use. Want buffalo chicken? Sauce em. Want finger food? Cut me and serve em dry with dip. Want something on a bun? Slap some cheese slices on top and stick em on a bun. Want something that looks fancy? Take out just about any alcohol the night before and marinade them together with pretty much any spice in your cabinet, even if just salt and pepper. If you have ingredients for a margarita, you have a chicken marinade.Leather Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08655529957963233570noreply@blogger.com
